Principal Consultant

We are seeking an innovative Principal Consultant to lead our consulting teams on different phases of proposal development and implementation. You will be directly involved in determining each client’s needs and expectations, identifying critical aspects of the project that must be included, developing the solution, and helping to implement the plan into their operations. Your leadership will guide our associates through every detail of the project and ensure they meet all deadlines within budget. Once the implementation is complete, you will ensure a smooth transition for our client and evaluate the effectiveness of the changes over time.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to establish goals and timelines
  • Develop a plan that addresses the client’s needs
  • Delegate tasks among consulting team members
  • Oversee implementation
  • Evaluate the short- and long-term effectiveness of the implemented solution and make adjustments as necessary

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology, Food/Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Nutrition, Microbiology, Chemistry or any food related field
  • Postgraduate qualification or in progress
  • Relevant work experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Flexible schedule and ability to travel (up to 50%)
